The apartments are old but there is new management and they are remodeling all of the apartments. New carpet flooring, appliances, everything. The new office manager is super nice and accommodating. My husband I lived here for a little over two years with only a few issues.

I'm looking around Clarksville and I found Huntley Ridge call and schedule a tour last Friday when I get there were two ladies in the leasing office both of them were really professional and nice, and the apartment is really spacious for one person I'm moving from Florida in December and definitely want to move in Huntley Ridge Clarksville

This past month I've have a lot of issues with my kitchen ceiling because of my bathtub leaking. The maintenance man Dakota has been super hands on with my issue and has done really well explaining to me step by step how he's going to fix it and what the problem is. He is also very interactive with my small children which is always appreciated when the child is overly curious on what someone is doing. Overall I would say he's one of the best maintenance men they've had thus far based on products

I wanted to wait 1 full year to write a review so that it could be truely representative of what it is like living here. At the start it was shaky with constant changes in management and maintence but it has leveled out and become a nice welcoming place. The apartments are older, built in the 60s, but cozy. The office manager and maintenance staff are on top of things - very nice, polite and accommodating. The complex is quite and I feel safe.
